Hi there, if a particular list says that registration is currently closed for for example, I’m assuming that means that it’s not available to me.
yes. I think that is correct most of the time. Though sometimes they will say closed when they mean that one has to apply first and be allowed in (ie. “moderated entry”). I’ve tried to mark the instances closed only if they are definitely not accepting registrations at all.
